On July 22, 2021, Secretary-General Huang Dianqin of the Beijing Association of Senior Non-Party Intellectuals visited Beijing Huixiang Law Firm for guidance and exchange.

Subsequently, the Secretary of the Party Branch of Huixiang Law Affairs and the head of the Civil Code Propaganda Group, Mr. Jiao Jingshou, presented a keynote speech on "Common Risks and Prevention and Control of Enterprise Contracts in the Context of the Civil Code. Lawyer Jiao Jingshou made a detailed interpretation of "10 major changes in the civil code contract code" and "9 common types of risks and responses to enterprise contract management. Finally, lawyer Jiao Jingshou said that there are risks when there are transactions, and the external transactions of enterprises are mainly regulated by contracts. In the process of foreign transactions, the biggest risk faced by enterprises is the various traps in the contract. Lawyer Jiao suggested that in the process of external operation, enterprises should do: "No contract, no transaction; Small transactions, small review; Big transactions, careful review; Let contract compliance become a safety valve for enterprises to trade abroad!"
